These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CZ99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using CZ99, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
The cards below are a plain-English summary of the most important points. They do not replace the full Terms & Conditions text, which follows below and governs in all cases.
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction) to register and use CZ99. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not use the platform.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held within them.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rates and expiry windows. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage exploitation, money laundering and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All transactions are subject to KYC verification and AML checks. CZ99 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary and are not guaranteed.
CZ99 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. It is not licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local law.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CZ99 ("CZ99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CZ99 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important notice for users in Pakistan: CZ99 is an international online gaming platform. It is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located, to register an Account or place any Wager. CZ99 operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
The Platform is not available to users located in, or ordinarily resident in, jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. CZ99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
Pakistan Compliance Notice: Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial and federal legislation. By accessing CZ99 from within Pakistan, you acknowledge that you understand the legal framework applicable to your location and accept full and sole responsibility for compliance with it. CZ99 does not provide legal advice and does not confirm that use of this Platform is lawful for any specific Pakistani user.
To be eligible to hold an Account, you must additionally confirm that:
To access the full range of CZ99 services, you are required to register an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. CZ99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.
Each individual Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts — whether under your own name or under false identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, CZ99 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending Wagers and forfeit any Balance held across those Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. CZ99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
CZ99 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by CZ99 for KYC purposes, which may include a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification to CZ99's satisfaction may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or Account access.
CZ99 accepts deposits through payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in PKR on the Platform at the time of transaction. CZ99 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.
References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with CZ99 or with gambling services generally. Actual payment method availability is subject to operator configuration and applicable law.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and to applicable AML checks. CZ99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the payment method, operator processing queues and third-party provider timelines.
Account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as a default for players in Pakistan. CZ99 reserves the right to apply currency conversion where required. All fees associated with currency conversion or payment processing are the responsibility of the Player unless expressly stated otherwise.
CZ99 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Any Player whose Account activity raises AML concerns may have their Account suspended, their funds withheld pending investigation and/or have their details referred to the appropriate authorities. Depositing funds on the Platform without a genuine intention to use them for gaming constitutes a breach of these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Wagering Requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play and bonus expiry periods are set out in the terms of each specific promotion. Players should carefully review these conditions before accepting any bonus offer.
CZ99 monitors Account activity to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged Wagers solely to meet Wagering Requirements; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. CZ99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings and/or close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Where bonuses or promotions are described in PKR terms (for example, "PKR 5,000 welcome match bonus" or "PKR 25,000 deposit match"), such figures are illustrative and subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Always refer to the current promotion page for confirmed bonus values and conditions at the time of claiming.
CZ99 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered; a bet has been placed after the relevant event has commenced in circumstances where in-play betting was not intended to be available; or where CZ99 reasonably suspects that a bet has been placed using privileged inside information.
In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, system malfunction or any other mistake that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or incorrect payouts being displayed or credited, CZ99 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and/or correct any erroneous balances. No liability will arise from any such error or correction.
Each casino game, live dealer table and sports betting market available on the Platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the relevant product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and bet limits before participating.
CZ99 takes sports integrity seriously. Bets placed on events that CZ99 has reasonable grounds to believe have been subject to match-fixing, result manipulation or any other integrity violation may be voided at CZ99's absolute discretion, regardless of the declared outcome of the event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, voiding of pending Wagers, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

Mandatory age restriction: CZ99 provides services to adults only. Gambling by persons under 18 years of age (or the higher minimum age applicable in the relevant jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited. CZ99 reserves the right to verify age at any time and to close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and game content — is the property of CZ99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of CZ99. The CZ99 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to CZ99 and may not be used without express written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CZ99, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform; losses resulting from account suspension or closure; or losses arising from Force Majeure events.
CZ99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage. To the extent that applicable law does not permit a particular exclusion or limitation, that exclusion or limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted.
CZ99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. CZ99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where consented to, marketing communications.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data held about you by CZ99, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to the contact details provided in Section 16.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the CZ99 support team. Closure will be processed subject to the satisfaction of any pending KYC or AML requirements. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.
CZ99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months; or where CZ99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11 and 15 — shall continue to apply following the closure of your Account.
CZ99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or through a notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CZ99 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through CZ99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are required to submit a complaint to CZ99 through the official support channel. CZ99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. For disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may be entitled to escalate to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity associated with CZ99's licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistani users: These Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and CZ99 makes no representation as to the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are reminded that their use of the Platform is subject to the laws of Pakistan in addition to the governing law stated in this clause.
